Aleksandr Aleshin

Aleksandr Aleshin is pursuing his PhD through the Joint Doctoral Program between SDSU and UCSD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, specializing in Materials Sciences. He also completed his Masters and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at SDSU (2019) in the 4+1 Program where we worked in the Energy FANS Lab. There he designed, manufactured and tested a dual flame apparatus for the fabrication of layered films of manganese oxides and carbon nanoparticles and received an Undergraduate Research Award for summer research funding in 2017. Some of his research interests include next generation batteries and electrochemistry .
